Paired with Simcoe® and Citra® hops, this ale highlights punchy citrus and tropical fruit aromas, balanced by subtle earthy and grassy notes. It is crisp, layered, and refreshing.

This newer, emerging style explores the realm of New Zealand ingredients. This beer specifically focuses on unlocking the abundant tropical fruit flavonoid compounds, known as thiols, from the hops. Using a new thiolized yeast product from Omega Yeast, we crafted a juicy ale that is silky smooth and bursting with tropical fruit aromas like passionfruit and guava.
