As we welcome Spring, we also welcome the next sour ale in our seasonal lineup: Blackberry Sour!
This German-Style Berliner Weisse is a refreshing and tart wheat beer soured with Lactobacillus bacteria. Brewed with German-grown wheat malt and blackberries, you’ll find it tart, crisp, fruity, and lightly bready.

Now available at both taprooms, on draft and in cans, and across WA state. 🍺

Try Me - a new, rotating, experimental series inspired by styles and flavors that live off the beaten path. Every batch showcases something new: a brewing method, an emerging ingredient, or a bold idea.

This batch is a Pacific Ale; an emerging style that highlights New Zealand ingredients. This beer focuses on unlocking the tropical fruit flavonoid hop compounds known as thiols.
Using a thiolized yeast product, we crafted a juicy ale that is silky smooth and bursting with flavors of passionfruit and guava. Try it and experience it for yourself!

The fan favorite is back, and just in time to celebrate Cinco De Mayo; Margarita Sour!🍹

A crisp and tart wheat beer soured using Lactobacillus bacteria, then aged in Sauza tequila barrels for 6 months. The bright notes of citrus and agave make this taste so similar to a margarita, you’ll forget you’re sipping on a beer!🍺

Only available in our taprooms for a limited time. Try it served with salt and lime when you get it on draft! 🍋‍🟩
