🚨 SPECIALTY BEER RELEASE! 🚨

We welcome another cocktail-inspired, tequila barrel-aged sour to our lineup: Paloma Sour! 🍹

This crisp and tart wheat beer was brewed with grapefruit, soured using Lactobacillus bacteria, then aged in tequila barrels for 6 months. The result is a beer with bright notes of citrus and agave, reminiscent of a paloma. It is so uniquely refreshing, you’ll feel like you’re sippin’ on summer!😎🍻☀️

Since April 2, 2023, we’ve partnered with Kittitas Stewardship Fund to raise funds & awareness for public land in Kittitas County.

As of a week ago, we’ve raised over $25,000! Thank you to our customers and community for helping us raise these funds & supporting projects in our county. Here’s to going beyond the beer and giving back to our beautiful public spaces!
