A hazy ale featuring a “wild/native” Idaho hop, Elani, which was discovered by Yakima Quality Hops owner Tim Sattler while exploring the St. Joe River Valley. It features a rich and silky texture and presents tropical notes of guava, lime, and pineapple. We add Calypso, Sultana, and Elani hops, along with layers of oats, wheat, and malted barley to create this juicy experience.
