This newer, emerging style explores the realm of New Zealand ingredients. This beer specifically focuses on unlocking the abundant tropical fruit flavonoid compounds, known as thiols, from the hops. Using a new thiolized yeast product from Omega Yeast, we crafted a juicy ale that is silky smooth and bursting with tropical fruit aromas like passionfruit and guava.
