Rotating India Pale Ale

Our Single Batch IPA Series features “One-and-Done” batches of IPA with a focus on exploring new hop varieties, yeast strains, and brewing techniques. Each batch will be released and sold-out before the next batch hits the streets.

Pouring a deep copper, this Single Batch IPA balances a dry tanginess from rye malt with earthy and floral notes from Simcoe and Centennial hops.  Complex in flavor, this beer equally highlights both malt and hops, and almost certainly deserves a second glass.

A brite and hazy session IPA featuring Azacca, Citra, and Ekuanot hops. Brewed with rolled oats and malted wheat to provide for a fuller body and hazy appearance. You’ll find that it’s supercharged with citrus and tropical hoppy flavors!

Dru Bru partnered up with Yakima Valley Hops and HAAS® to craft up
this Yakima Valley grown hoppy experiment. Featuring the BRU-1™ hop
and a pair of  experimental hops (HBC 586 & HBC 630); this hazy IPA presents a distinct aroma of pineapple and finishes with a mild herbal undertone.

A golden colored, effervescent ale with a bone dry finish. We added Yakima grown Azacca, Mosaic, and Citra hops late in the brewing process to produce flavors of citrus and mango. It’s fermented to retain zero residual sugar, exceptionally crisp and champagne-like.

A medium bodied, dark russet colored ale with a roasty malt backbone and a hoppy finish. Dark malts create coffee, chocolate, and raisin flavors while heavy handed additions of Simcoe and Centennial hops add earthy notes of pine, and stone fruit as the beer finishes.

A medium bodied, golden colored ale with a toasty malt backbone. Brewed with Magnum bittering hops for a clean bite and Mosaic and New Zealand grown Wakatu hops to add tropical, citrus, and lime aromas, with hints of floral and pine.

A light, golden colored ale with a simple pilsner, wheat and toasted malt profile to create a smooth, toast/biscuit backbone. Brewed with Warrior Extract and Cascade, then aggressively dry-hopped at 2lbs per barrel with a New Zealand hop, Pacific Jade, and Ekuanot to impart a fine dankness with flavors/aromas of citrusy lemon-lime, orange juice, and grapefruit upfront with subtle hints of berry and floral.

A copper-colored ale boasting floral, caramel, and orange blossom aromas. Single hopped with Triumph, a new public hop variety developed by the USDA and growers in the Pacific Northwest, this beer is truly one-of-a-kind. Caramelized malts combine with this new hop variety to produce a well
balanced IPA with a candied orange glaze flavor and a bitter spice finish.

A bright, golden-colored ale bursting with refreshing tropical and citrus fruit hop aromas. Azacca, Ekuanot, Cascade Cryo, and Warrior Hop Extract combine with a pilsner malt base and
rolled oats to create a smooth and bright hoppy ale. A replica of Batch 394 with only a change in the yeast which produced amazing aromas of citrus, peach, and apricot.
