UPPER COUNTY COLLAB

Rotating Collaboration Beer

The breweries of Upper Kittitas County have come together to celebrate our wonderful home and its burgeoning craft beer community. Every year, we get together with our neighboring brewery friends at Mule & Elk Brewing and Taneum Creek Brewing to create a limited beer style.
Our collab beer goes head-to-head against the Lower County Collab's in the Battle of the Brews during the Eastern Washington Brewfest, in Ellensburg.
Check out the styles over the years below:

Mexican-Style Lager

The breweries of Upper Kittitas County have come together to celebrate our wonderful home and its burgeoning craft beer community. We wanted to create our version of the delicious, Mexican-style lager, so we brewed it with loads of Pilsner malts and flaked corn, then added some delicate hops for a touch of bitterness. This pale, crispy, easy-drinking lager goes well with sunny days and good vibes (oh, and salt & lime)!

ABV 4.5% – IBU 18

Belgian Blond Ale

This golden colored ale features aromas of spice and citrus, accompanied with a simple malt backbone that provides a touch of sweetness and a smooth, dry finish. Much like our beautiful county, this ale is full of character and easy-going.

ABV 6.0% – IBU 20

Red India Pale Ale

This deep amber colored “Red” IPA features a caramel and biscuit malt backbone and an abundance of New Zealand grown hops which provide a resiny and citrus character.

ABV 6.3% – IBU 50
