Just in time for the start of harvest (and Oktoberfest) season, we welcome Festbier to the lineup!🌻🌾🌽🍺

This Oktoberfest-style lager is a rich, golden lager featuring layers of German malt and a charge of soft-edged hops. It impart flavors of bread dough and a subtle aroma of herbs and spices. You’ll find this creamy-textured beer was born for the season of steins.🍺

What’s more to love about this beer? It proudly supports local fire safety and rescue, with a portion of sales benefiting Snoqualmie Pass Fire & Rescue. Cheers to those that keep our communities safe!🙌

Meet Veracious; a hazy pale ale with a story. 🍺

We made this beer to highlight the newly named hop, Vera, whose name honors Vera Katherine Charles. As one of the first female mycologists to be employed by the USDA in the early 20th century, Vera’s work has contributed to the long-term success of the hop industry.🔬👩‍🔬
What makes the Vera hop so cool? It is pest and disease resistant, has a high yield potential, and is packed with delicious fruit aromas.🍍🍊

This hazy ale was made to showcase the tropical, citrus and stone fruit aromas of this hop, while also being incredibly juicy and irresistibly easy-drinking. Now available only in our taprooms for a limited time. We raise a glass to you, Vera! 🍻

We welcome another cocktail-inspired, tequila barrel-aged sour to our lineup: Paloma Sour! 🍹

This crisp and tart wheat beer was brewed with grapefruit, soured using Lactobacillus bacteria, then aged in tequila barrels for 6 months. The result is a beer with bright notes of citrus and agave, reminiscent of a paloma. It is so uniquely refreshing, you’ll feel like you’re sippin’ on summer!😎🍻☀️
